Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Paid RBT certification to be provided (certification fully covered).
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Carry out one-on-one ABA therapy with children aged 18 months to 8 years.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Assist children through play, reading, games and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a safe, organized therapy environment and collaborate with the team.
