Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Tucson, AZ is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician to support children with autism through play-based ABA therapy. You'll work one-on-one with ages 18 months to 8 years, following individualized treatment plans, collecting session data, and helping kids learn through play and activities.

Paid training and full coverage of your RBT certification are provided, with immediate start dates and predictable daytime hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• No experience necessary; paid training and RBT certification fully covered.
• Experience in childcare or mental health roles is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maintain active pace with young children.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to 8 years.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a safe, organized therapy environment and collaborate with the team.
