Job summary

Magnet ABA Therapy is seeking dedicated staff to implement individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision, delivering one-on-one therapy to clients and collecting progress data. You will help develop and adjust behavior support plans while teaching essential social, communication, and daily living skills to individuals with special needs.

Ideal candidates bring strong interpersonal skills, patience, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Behavior Technician is preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.
• Strong data recording and documentation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
• Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and their families
