Magnet ABA Therapy in Ohio is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will collect data, implement individualized programs, and support families as part of a collaborative treatment team.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Behavior Technician or work with autism/developmental disabilities preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.
• ABA techniques will be used in client sessions.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in developing and implementing behavior support plans.
• Provide direct therapy using ABA techniques.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain a positive, professional relationship with clients and families.
