Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services, through SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care, seeks therapists to implement ABA-driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in homes or community settings.

You will provide 1:1 therapy under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, tracking progress and maintaining confidentiality while delivering measurable outcomes in collaboration with families and care teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population is preferred.
• RBT certification is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs in homes or community settings.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Implement goals under supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst.
• Provide progress feedback to the supervisor.
• Support teaching of communication, self-help, social skills and other targets.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect patient information.
