Total Care ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide ABA therapy in 1:1 settings and to communicate professionally with families. You will accurately track client progress, manage challenging behaviors, and implement skill acquisition programs per the individual treatment plan. Travel to clients' homes and community settings is required. Ongoing training and development are available.

The role offers both full-time and part-time options with a flexible schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• RBT training provided is available as part of the role.
• Experience with ABA terminology and procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in a 1:1 setting.
• Communicate professionally with families.
• Accurately keep records of client progress.
• Manage challenging behaviors that occur.
• Implement skill acquisition programs and the individual treatment plan.
• Travel to clients' homes or community settings as needed.
