Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking an Entry-Level Direct Support Professional in Englewood, CO. The role supports children with autism through play-based ABA therapy, one-on-one sessions, and data collection, with paid training and a path to RBT certification.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and readiness to complete certification; experience in childcare is a plus. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with potential Saturday shifts based on patient needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required (proof of degree via diploma or transcript)
• Paid training and fully covered RBT certification provided
• No experience necessary to start (training included)
• Childcare experience (nanny, babysitter, preschool teacher, etc.) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe therapy environment
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed
