Job summary
Action Behavior Centers in Queen Creek, AZ is seeking a Direct Support Professional for a full-time daytime role. A Bachelor's Degree is required, and paid training with RBT certification coverage is provided. You will work one-on-one with children in ABA therapy, with hours from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, and optional Saturdays based on patient needs.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old and hold a Bachelor's Degree.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and sustain active pace with children.
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA support to children aged 18 months to 8 years.
- Follow individualized treatment plans and collect session data.
- Engage children through play, movement, reading, and hands-on activities.
- Maintain a safe, clean therapy space and collaborate with the team.
- Support clinic operations and participate in training.
