Action Behavior Centers – ABA Therapy for Autism in Phoenix, AZ is hiring full-time Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and be active with young children.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• You’ll work one-on-one with children using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games and hands-on activities.
