Action Behavior Centers in Golden Valley, MN is hiring for a full-time Behavior Technician role. You will work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy and follow personalized treatment plans. Paid RBT certification is provided after hire, and training is included.

No prior experience required, but childcare experience is a plus. You must have a Bachelor's degree and be able to obtain RBT certification within 20 days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Experience in childcare or related settings is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using ABA therapy.
• Follow treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a safe, organized therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to help kids grow.
• Watch a Behavior Technician at work (video link provided).
