Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Brooklyn Park, MN is hiring full-time Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays based on patient needs, starting immediately.

You will follow personalized treatment plans, collect session data, help kids learn through play, and stay active and engaged in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable with active pace and floor activities.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• May assist nearby ABC clinic if needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
• Watch a Behavior Technician at work.
