My Team ABA is hiring Behavioral Technicians (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in the home and community settings in Georgia. We offer full training and will support you toward RBT certification.

You will work with a supportive team, receive supervision, and benefit from medical/vision/dental plans, 401k, and 3 weeks PTO for full-time staff. A valid driver’s license and transportation are required.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or college degree required.
• RBT 40-hour training required prior to working with a client.
• One year experience in ABA or working with children with autism preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to commute to client homes.

Aufgaben

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions with children and young adults with autism in home or community settings.
• Implement behavior intervention and individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct discrete trials and natural environment teaching.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data and enter into EMR daily.
• Collaborate with a BCBA and participate in ongoing training.
• Maintain open communication with families, BCBA, and clinical team.
• Receive supervision from a BCBA (minimum 5% of services).
• Maintain professional boundaries and comply with BACB Ethics.
