Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking part-time Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. You will implement individualized programs under supervision and help families achieve meaningful progress.

The role requires a high school diploma, willingness to pursue RBT certification, patience, and compassionate communication. Training is provided to earn certification and begin services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification must be obtained before providing services; training and support provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in-home.
• Implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately collect and record session data.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
