Job summary

New Spectrum Health is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work 1-on-1 with kids on the autism spectrum in-clinic. You will use play, observation, and ABA therapy to teach life skills while celebrating progress.

Qualifications

• Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 1 year of previous experience in ABA therapy.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Work 1-on-1 with kids on the autism spectrum in-clinic.
• Use play, observation, patience, and ABA therapy to teach kids life skills.
