Qualifications

• High school diploma required and successful completion of a 40-hour training course for certification.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working with children or individuals with special needs.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to clients in one-on-one and group settings following behavior plans.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data using company tablets and complete daily notes.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and parents; attend staff meetings and trainings.
