Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) in Saratoga Springs, Utah. This role involves providing individualized ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, under guidance from supervising professionals. The position offers competitive pay ranging from $21 to $27 per hour, with flexible scheduling to maintain work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic.
• Implement individualized treatment plans from supervising BCBA.
• Collect data and submit session notes.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and training.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills

Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder

Effective communication in English, verbal and written

Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families

Valid state identification card

Reliable transportation

Must pass a criminal background check
