MedCare Pediatric is seeking entry-level Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children, helping build communication and daily living skills through ABA. You will be supported as you grow into the role and complete a 40-hour certification process.

Responsibilities include direct care in one-on-one and group settings, data collection on tablets, and collaboration with staff and families. A 40-hour training course is required for certification, with a comprehensive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1+ years of experience or exposure with children.
• Comfortable working with children or individuals with special needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to clients one-on-one and in groups per behavior plans.
• Collect behavior and skill data using tablets and complete daily notes.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and parents in meetings and trainings.
