Job summary

Henry Ford Health is seeking a Manager-CADD Behavioral Analysts to oversee ABA therapy and autism service programs across multiple locations. You will lead clinical staff, coordinate service delivery, and drive program development while ensuring high-quality patient-centered care.

Ideal candidates will have a Master’s degree, BCBA licensure, and 3+ years of direct ABA leadership experience, with strong organizational and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a developmental field is required.
• At least three years of direct ABA services experience with supervision of therapists is required.
• BCBA licensure is required and five years of experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and administrative oversight of the Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities (CADD).
• Coordinate and supervise ABA therapy programs and related clinical staff.
• Ensure efficient use of time, supplies, and resources across multiple sites.
• Oversee training, evaluations, and performance reviews of staff and supervisors.
• Develop and implement therapy programs, data-driven progress documentation, and billing fidelity.
• Collaborate with BCBA’s and other service providers to coordinate services.
