Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to help children with autism build communication and social skills in a structured ABA setting. You will work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years, following individualized treatment plans and documenting progress.

This full-time role includes paid training and a pathway to RBT certification. Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree and a willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training and RBT certification provided.
• Master's Degree required; degree must be verifiable.
• Bachelor's Degree required for application.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• One-on-one work with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
