Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism is hiring for roles supporting children with autism through play-based ABA therapy. The position offers full-time hours, daytime schedule (Monday–Friday 8am–5pm) with optional Saturdays based on patient needs, and paid training with RBT certification.

Applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s Degree can lead to higher pay. Experience in childcare or health sciences is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Master's Degree may yield higher pay.
• Experience with children or caregiving is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• You will work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
