Action Behavior Centers in Newtown, PA is hiring for a full-time Behavior Technician. You will work 1:1 with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following individualized plans and collecting session data.

No experience is required; paid training and full RBT certification coverage are provided. Bachelor’s degree is required, with opportunities for growth and advancement within ABC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required and must provide proof of degree.
• Experience in childcare or related roles is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect basic data.
• Engage children through play, movement, reading, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a safe, organized therapy environment and collaborate with the team.
• Support growth and development of behavioral skills.
