Job summary

BK Behavior in Junction City, Kansas, invites compassionate individuals to join our ABA team after school hours. You’ll provide one-on-one services to children with Autism in clients’ homes or community settings, aligning with evidence-based interventions while partnering with BCBA supervisors.

We offer paid training, including the 40-hour RBT course, and a clear path to advancement. This part-time role fits educators, teachers, aides, and caregivers seeking meaningful, flexible afternoon work

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
Serve as an integral member of our clinical team responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness.
