Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking part-time ABA support staff to deliver one-on-one services in clients' homes or community settings. You will implement evidence-based interventions, track progress, and collaborate with the clinical team to support children's development.

No ABA experience? Paid training is provided and you can start part-time with opportunities to grow in the ABA field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience and compassion with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as part of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisor(s) to enhance treatment effectiveness.
