Job summary

Caravel Autism Health in Chicago, IL is seeking a Student Analyst (future BCBA) to gain hands-on ABA therapy experience under BCBA supervision. The role offers mentorship, supervised fieldwork, and a clear development path through our BCBA Rise program.

Responsibilities include delivering high-quality ABA sessions across clinic and home settings, collecting data, supporting FBAs, and collaborating with the BCBA and care teams to advance treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or obtain RBT certification within 75 days of hire.
• Experience with children and adolescents using ABA therapies is required.
• Solid understanding of autism spectrum disorders and behavioral principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality direct ABA therapy across clinic, home, school, and community environments.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA to implement BSPs and skill acquisition programs.
• Collect data accurately and monitor treatment hours for compliance.
• Contribute to client-specific treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
