ABA360 in Princeton, NJ seeks a part-time Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism, using evidence-based interventions to support independence. You will join a clinical team, record session data, and collaborate with families and providers to improve treatment outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable method of transportation and ability to travel to client homes or community locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required.
• Typical Schedule after school hours during the week; weekends with additional hours.
