ABA360 seeks a part-time Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will implement skill-building and care plans as part of a dedicated clinical team, recording data on site and collaborating with families.

No prior experience is required, and BK Academy offers training to help you qualify for the Registered Behavior Technician certification while gaining real-world experience in a growing field.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes or community locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Collaborate with families and clinicians to support treatment plans.
• Join the clinical team and implement skill-building and care plans.
• Typical schedule after school hours with potential weekend hours.
