Job summary

ABA 360 is seeking part-time Behavioral Technician professionals to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations in and around Jersey City, NJ. You will implement skill-building plans, collect session data, and collaborate closely with families to improve daily functioning and adaptive behavior.

No prior experience required; a strong desire to help children with Autism and a calm, patient approach are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and help children with Autism.
• Calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required.
• Encouraged to take the 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Part-time positions available.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
