Job summary

Rock Health is seeking ABA Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home and community-based ABA services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities.

You will support children in developing social, communication, and behavioral skills, document progress, and help implement behavior plans created by BCBA clinicians. Ideal candidates are reliable, communicative, and eager to make a positive impact.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation.
• Completion of relevant college coursework or minimum one year experience working with children in roles such as camp counselor, paraprofessional, or behavioral interventionist.
