Job summary

Health Care Administrators Association® (HCAA) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with Autism through in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.

You will implement individualized intervention plans, document sessions, and collaborate with families to promote treatment goals while maintaining ethical standards. Strong communication and reliability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent; psychology/education coursework preferred.
• Minimum of one year relevant experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification (BLS/ AHA).
• Ability to communicate effectively and basic computer skills.
• Age 18 or older.
