Job summary

Precious Care ABA is hiring in Union City to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with autism. You will work one-on-one with clients, support communication and life skills, and follow BCBA-guided treatment plans. Roles offer flexible scheduling and supervision to help you grow professionally.

We encourage experienced ABA professionals, including those pursuing RBT certification, to apply. Earn $20–$30/hour with opportunities to work near home and advance within the company.

Qualifications

• Previous ABA experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Available at least 3 days per week during PM/after-school hours
• Reliable and consistent — when a client is counting on you, you show up
• Patient, energetic, and comfortable working hands-on with children
• Able to follow treatment plans and BCBA direction
• Open to feedback and willing to learn
• Able to communicate, read, and write in English sufficiently to understand treatment plans and complete required documentation
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to client homes
• Professional, flexible, and able to work collaboratively with families and BCBAs
• RBT career path with support to earn your RBT certification

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children with autism
• Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
• Collect data and document progress
• Work closely with BCBAs and families
• Celebrate your clients' wins — big and small
