Job summary

Building Blocks Therapy in Ohio is seeking a compassionate ABA Therapist (RBT) to join our team. You will work directly with individuals with autism, implementing individualized interventions under BCBA supervision.

You will collect data, support development of communication, social and adaptive skills, and closely collaborate with families to reinforce progress and behavior plans. Patience and empathy are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have RBT certification or willingness to obtain.
