Compass ABA Therapy in Essex County, NJ is hiring ABA Behavior Technicians/RBTs for afternoon and evening shifts. Qualifications

• High School Diploma (college preferred).
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to complete onboarding.
• Must meet physical requirements: active movement, standing, and play-based activities.
• Experience with children/autism preferred.
• Reliable transportation and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Build communication, play, social, and daily living skills during sessions.
• Work in homes or community settings with families.
• Document progress and data to guide treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families and staff on treatment goals.
• Maintain a safe, structured learning environment during sessions.
• Engage and encourage children to improve independence.
