A supportive healthcare organization in Indianapolis is seeking a Child Behavior Therapist (RBT) dedicated to helping children with autism reach their full potential. In this role, you will provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and collaborate with a team of professionals in a fun and supportive environment. Competitive salary ranging from $20.00 to $23.00 per hour, with excellent benefits starting on day one, including health insurance, generous paid time off, and opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift/carry more than 50 lbs. and sustain physical impact.
• Eagerness to support learners in their progress.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 18 months to school age.
• Collaborate with a team to implement custom therapy plans.
• Document progress for each child and help them transition to school settings.
