Job summary

Social Circle ABA in New Jersey seeks a full-time therapist to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy for individuals with ASD from 9 am to 6 pm at our center. Duties include implementing behavior plans under BCBA supervision and collecting data to track progress.

You will collaborate with the BCBA and team to ensure effective interventions, use positive reinforcement, and participate in training. A high school diploma is required; prior ASD experience is valued but not essential, and training will be

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in working with individuals with ASD preferred but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to ensure interventions' effectiveness.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote skill acquisition and behavior change.
• Conduct preference assessments and assist with functional behavior assessments.
