aba360 is seeking individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community locations. This part-time role emphasizes hands-on support for children with Autism, data collection, and collaboration with families and the clinical team.

No prior experience is required; training and supervision are available. The position offers flexible afternoon/evening hours, competitive pay, and opportunities to advance within the ABA field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and community locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive behavior.
• Be an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families to support treatment.Goal is to improve client outcomes through collaboration.
