Job summary

ABA 360 is seeking entry-level part-time ABA technicians to provide one-on-one services in clients' homes or community settings. No prior experience required, and training will be provided. Positions offer flexible afternoon/evening hours and opportunities to grow in the ABA field.

Responsibilities include implementing skill-building plans, recording data on electronic devices, and collaborating with families and the clinical team to improve outcomes for children with Autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and grow in ABA practice.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
