ABA 360 is seeking individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community locations. You will support children with Autism using evidence-based strategies and collaborate with the clinical team to implement care plans.

No prior experience is required, and positions start part-time with flexible afternoon/evening hours, making it ideal for students. This role offers meaningful, hands-on impact in the lives of children and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients with goals aimed at independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as part of the clinical team for direct skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families; collaborate to improve treatment.
