No prior experience required; positions start part-time with a 6-month commitment. Applicants should be willing to learn, patient, compassionate, and reliable with transportation. Afternoon or evening hours are common, offering flexibility for students. Training opportunities are available as well.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
