Heartland Behavior is seeking entry-level ABA staff to provide one-on-one services in clients' homes or community settings. No prior experience required; paid training will be provided.

You'll help children with Autism develop skills and independence while working closely with families and a clinical team in a flexible, part-time schedule. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to a supportive ABA team.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients at home or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans under supervision.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
