Heartland ABA is seeking dedicated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. No prior experience is required as paid training is provided, with opportunities to advance in a growing ABA team.

Roles offer part-time hours with flexible schedules, and you will work closely with families and our clinical team to implement care plans and track progress in real-time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
