Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions
• Serve as integral member of clinical team and implement skill-building/care plans
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families
• Collaborate with families and providers to improve treatment effectiveness
