Job summary

Kid Clan Services, Inc. is seeking Behavioral Interventionists to work one-on-one with clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will implement customized behavior plans, collect data, and teach essential life skills in homes, schools, and community settings.

You will deliver evidence-based ABA interventions, document progress, and collaborate with the BCBA and interdisciplinary team to ensure consistency and client growth.

Responsibilities

• Implement BIPs developed by the BCBA to address clients' needs.
• Provide one-on-one direct instruction using ABA techniques (DTT, naturalistic teaching, behavior management).
• Collect data on client progress and behavior using designated tools.
• Assist clients in acquiring functional skills across communication, socialization, self-care, and independent living.
• Foster a supportive learning environment promoting engagement and independence.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and team to review progress and adjust strategies.
• Communicate with clients, families, caregivers, and team members about progress.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
