Always Shining ABA LLC in Bayonne, NJ is hiring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for compassionate, dependable staff who enjoy working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities using ABA.

This position offers opportunities for training and development, with a competitive salary and paid time off. Location is Bayonne, and the schedule is Mon–Fri 3:00 PM–7:00 PM, with weekend hours available to support

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology or education preferred.
• Experience as a Behavior Technician or RBT preferred.
• Reliable, patient, and professional.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA-based behavior support directly to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Support after-school and weekend hours (Mon–Fri 3:00 PM–7:00 PM) and additional shifts as needed.
