Always Shining ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team in New Jersey. The role focuses on delivering ABA-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities, with after-school and weekend hours.

Locations include Jersey City and Newark, with shift times such as weekday late afternoons and occasional Saturday sessions. We value compassion, reliability, and strong teamwork in a supportive, client-focused environment.

Always Shining ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for compassionate, dependable behavior techs who enjoy working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities using ABA principles.

Current Locations Available:

• Jersey City - 3 year old
• Mon-Fri: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
• Sat (2 a month): 2:00 - 5:00 PM
• Jersey City - 6 year old
• Tues, Thur & Fri: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
• Sat (Newark): 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

This is a great opportunity for experienced Behavior Technicians or Registered Behavior Technicians looking for consistent after-school and weekend hours.

Requirements:
