Always Shining ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team in New Jersey. This role involves working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities using ABA principles after school and on weekends.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (college coursework in psychology or related field preferred), experience as a Behavior Technician or RBT, and strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required (college coursework in psychology or related field preferred).
• Experience as a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician preferred.
• Reliable, patient and professional with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities using ABA principles.
• Support after-school and weekend sessions (Mon-Fri evenings; Sat/Sun sessions).
