Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Child Autism Therapist in Midlothian, TX. You will work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans and collecting session data.

No experience is required for training; paid training and RBT certification are fully covered, with opportunities for growth and stable full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged during therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
