Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks dedicated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings in New Jersey. You will join our clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans for children on the autism spectrum.

No experience is required; part-time hours offer flexibility with opportunities to train, including the 40-hour RBT course. Reliable transportation is required to serve clients across communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, implementing skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
