Job summary

You will work with families, document session data, and collaborate with our clinical team to implement skill-building plans. Training opportunities, such as the 40-hour RBT course, may be encouraged to support your growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patient, compassionate approach with calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to home and community locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and the clinical team to implement skills and care plans.
• Record session data accurately and maintain logs using electronic devices.
• Contribute to a positive learning environment and support families.
