Job summary

No prior experience is required; part-time positions offer afternoon/evening options, with a supportive clinical team and opportunities to pursue the Registered Behavior Technician pathway.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes or community sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes or community locations.
• Implement skill-building and care plans under supervision.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage families.
• Collaborate with families and other providers to improve treatment effectiveness.
