Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to clients' homes and community sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings.
• Assist with implementation of skill-building and care plans under supervision.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families and providers to support treatment goals.
